I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's a year ago and have been struggling with weight gain since. Despite maintaining a healthy diet and staying active, I've had a hard time managing my weight. Recently, I started following others' journeys on Instagram and reading their stories to better understand how to live with this condition. When I came across this workshop, I felt it was a great opportunity to start viewing my body and nutrition in a new light. The material was incredibly insightful, and I'm excited to put these changes into practice!
